We’re currently seeking an experienced, motivated Tree Crew Leader (Climbing Arborist) to join our crew in Vadnais Heights, MN. If you’re someone who values hard work, safety, teamwork, and being outdoors, this is your opportunity to lead, learn, and make a real impact.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Consulting Arborist
• Perform ground, climbing, and aerial lift duties in support of specific job assignments
• Operate tree equipment such as chainsaws, grapple truck, aerial lift, and stump grinder
• Ensure proper tree trimming, removal, and maintenance

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year experience in tree climbing, trimming, and removal
• Experience operating tree equipment
• Good listening and communication skills
• Strength, stamina, and mobility to perform heavy physical work
• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain CDL license
• Class A License with Air Brake (preferred)
• Class A & E Pesticide License (preferred but not required)
