Job Description


Acara Solutions is seeking an entry-level Client Service Representative to join our client's team in Boston, MA . This hybrid role offers a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates to break into the Investment Banking industry.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, customer service experience, and a desire to grow in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

What you'll get:

  • Pay: $24/hr.
  • Schedule: Full time, 40 hrs/week
  • Assignment Type: Temporary (6 months) with possibility for direct hire
  • Location: Hybrid (3-days in office) - Boston, MA

What you'll do:

  • Monitor custody operations and assist with service delivery to clients
  • Respond proactively to daily client inquiries related to custody services
  • Partner with internal departments to prioritize and resolve client requests
  • Use internal systems and technology tools to manage and track inquiries
  • Support client onboarding, conversions, and reporting processes
  • Assist with monthly metrics reporting and participate in team audits or projects
  • Help familiarize clients with new technology tools and service enhancements
  • Maintain compliance with risk management and control procedures

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
