CDL-A Dedicated Driver

$1,600-$2,100 Weekly Average | Home Weekly | Regional Freight | No Pallets or Lumpers

Job Highlights

• Routes: Regional lanes running from Warrensburg, MO through MN, SD, ND, IA, NE, KS, MO, AR, OK, TN, and KY
• Freight: discount retailer dry freight; hand unload required using rollers (no pallets, no lumpers)
• Stops: 45 stops per load; average 23 loads per week
• Miles: 1,000 to 2,500 miles round trip; average 1,600 miles per week
• Home Time: Weekly 34-hour reset, typically including Saturday or Sunday
• Schedule: Store deliveries usually start at 5:00am; runs may include daytime and overnight shifts (start times as late as 23:00)
• Equipment: Trucks may be taken home if parked safely and securely

Pay

• Compensation:
  • CPM + Load Pay
  • Safe & On-Time Bonus: Up to 3% of mileage pay
• Earnings:
  • Average: $1,610/week ($83,000/year)
  • Top 10%: $2,099/week ($109,000/year)

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A License
• Minimum 3 months of recent tractor-trailer driving experience
• Must meet DOT and company safety standards
