14235 - Change Strategy & Planning Project Manager (onsite) – Juno Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, FL

Start Date: ASAP
Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration: 9 and 12 months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client

Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Juno Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, FL (required);

• Experience in communications or change management role
• Project management experience
• Experience with Canva, Adobe, and similar design tools
• Experience with Microsoft Powerpoint

• Experience with change management or transformation initiatives (5+ years);
• Experience with campaigning or outreach programs;
• Experience with executing a governance reporting structure;
• Experience with planning, coordinating, and completing large-scale or several medium or small, complex or long-term project(s) within budgetary and scheduling guidelines;

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance;
• Design and execute comprehensive communication plans to inform and engage affected employees throughout change initiatives;
• Identify and proactively address resistance through targeted interventions and support strategies;
• Define success metrics and KPIs to measure change effectiveness and employee adoption;
• Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders for organizational initiatives;
• Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and technical teams to integrate change management into project plans;
• Support multiple concurrent change initiatives and coordinate efforts when changes overlap or intersect
