Job Description

Our client, a global fashion retail company, is looking for a Business Analyst to join their team! This will be a fully remote role working on a pacific time zone schedule. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and possess a strong sense of accountability. Please no corp-to-corp applicants or third-party agencies. Sub-contracted candidates or candidates that require immediate sponsorship cannot be considered.

Role Overview:

• Contract Role: 6 months
• Pay: $45-48/hr on W2
• Schedule: standard 40-hour work week, must work within pacific time zone business hours

Responsibilities:

• Author user stories, business rules, and acceptance criteria
• Maintain the backlog in alignment with the product roadmap
• Track pilot goals, metrics, and user feedback
• Triage and resolve issues for internal teams and end-users
• Support the entry of metadata and imagery into the pilot program
• Facilitate documentation of workflows, process maps, and training materials
• Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience working on pilot or minimum value product initiatives
• Experience with retail/merchandising platforms is a plus
• Strong Agile tool experience: JIRA and Confluence preferred for story writing and backlog management.
• Familiarity with data tools and digital product workflows
