Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Design age-appropriate art courses (such as creative painting, handcraft making, color enlightenment, etc.) according to the age characteristics and cognitive levels of children aged 3 to 12. Lesson plans should include teaching objectives, steps, and required materials.
Be responsible for teaching art courses for children on weekends. Adopt an interactive teaching method to guide students to observe and create, stimulating their artistic interest and creativity.
Maintain classroom discipline, ensure students' safety, and deal with unexpected situations (such as crying, disputes, etc.).
Have a brief communication with parents after class, answer their questions, provide professional suggestions, and enhance parents' recognition of the courses.
Regularly participate in teaching seminars, summarize the course effects, and optimize the teaching plan.
